Kelly has called Jacksonville home since 1980 when his family moved here from Texas.  He attended The Bolles School in junior high and Wolfson High for high school.  Kelly graduated from Florida State University and his career as a mortgage industry professional began shortly thereafter in 1993 with BancBoston Mortgage.  He is the former owner of First Coast Mortgage Advisors and has enjoyed over 30 years in the mortgage industry. 

His comprehensive knowledge and experience as a lending professional allows him to guide his borrowers efficiently through the loan process.  Kelly is now the senior mortgage loan officer and Florida market manager for Florida Coast Mortgage.
